Wow... the new episode of South Park just blew me out of the water - in a good way. Many gay jokes, plus Butters giving Eric a kiss on the cheek. I don't know about you guys, but I'd call that canon. I just had to draw that scene out. 
Not much else to say here, except that my scanner screws up colors (and I did, too, like with Cartman's gloves). But that's a given.

Butters' hair looks like a mohawk here, though; when his hair looks more like flat spikes xD
I see a lot of white spaces here, too; once you're done with the first coat of markers, you should look it over and see what you can touch up. You should take your time coloring; there's no rush. xD
Cartman's hands look waaay down, though; you should bring them up. xD
The inking looks kind of sloppy, too; you used a ballpoint pen right? Yeah, I see random stray pen marks eveywhere and it made the drawing look a little worse.
Cartman's hat looks unnatural. Remember what I said about Kyle's hat? xD Okay, imagine Cartman's hair. Where would it go? It should be right above his eyes, right? But since he's wearing a hat, imagine it in his hat. Yeah, it doesn't fit really, does it? How I draw hats is this: I draw the head first, then I draw the hat covering some of the head, so it looks like it naturally fits there. ^_^
Other than that, it looks pretty good! You're nailing SP style down. Nice job! ^_^
